1 Training Packs and Videos
Downloads will be available within 24 hours of payment being authorised (usually within 30-60 minutes). The purchaser will receive notification via the email address they have registered at sign-up, usually within one hour of payment being authorised.
Technical queries concerning downloads will be answered as soon as possible - usually within 48 hours by email.
All downloaded materials are copyright and licenced to the purchaser for educational use only. Distribution, duplication (by any means) and public performance is strictly prohibited.
ii) Seminars on DVD
Orders of three items or fewer will be dispatched within 48 hours by first class post. Extended training packs ie. those containing texts and media will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally within 4 to 5 working days. Orders received after 1pm UK time will not be processed until the next working day.
First Class Post UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
First class post does not guarantee next-day delivery.
Bank Holidays in UK. Please note that orders placed on a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
Refunds will be accepted for all items that are returned in a sealed and undamaged condition, within 28 days of purchase.
Links to the hosting site for live webinars will be available within 24 hours of payment being authorised. The stated prices are for single viewer access. Reduced prices for group screenings by CAM schools and organisation are available on application. Registered attendees will receive notification via the email address they have provided at sign up.
Full details of the scheduled time and dates for the webinar can be found on our website and registration will be confirmed within 48 hours of registration.
If support materials or case-transcripts are available to accompany the webinar, these will be available for download 24 hours prior to the event at the latest. Not all webinars will include downloadable support materials.

Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the webinar is accepted with full refund. Note that times are specified for the UK Time Zone. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled starting time is not refundable, but links to recordings and support materials for the event may be available, on application, for 7 days following the webinar to registered participants unable to attend at the scheduled time.
In the unlikely event that webinar organisers need to cancel a scheduled event, due to the indisposition or unavailability of the speaker booked to deliver teaching, registered participants will be entitled to a full refund within three working days of the original scheduled date.
ii) Face to face teaching events
Registration must be made online. Our website listings for each event will specify which support materials are included in the price of the event and which learning materials are optional and made available for purchase separately. The terms and conditions for downloads are specified above (see section I i)
In the unlikely event that course organisers need to cancel a scheduled event, due to the indisposition or unavailability of a speaker, or for any other reason, registered participants will be refunded in full within three working days of the original scheduled date.
iii) Clinical learning attachments.
Access to clinical training is by application only. Trainees must fulfil the stated criteria in terms of their qualifications and experience. Acceptance of applications for clinical placements is at the discretion of the Director of Education. Attachments may be cancelled or terminated early, without refund, if participants are found to have misrepresented their qualifications or experience.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Because of fluctuating exchange rates, taxes, printing or publishing costs and other factors outside of our control, prices may be subject to change without notice.
CIMT Ltd is not currently VAT Registered. This may change, however, and in this event changes to the pricing and payment structures will be carried out as quickly and accurately as possible.
VAT is not applied retrospectively and we will make every attempt to notify registered clients as soon as possible if VAT becomes payable on future products and courses.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Bank transfer in Pounds Sterling (GBP) is also acceptable.
Non receipt of orders.
Occasionally parcels can be lost by the mail services. If this happens we will resend the order after 5 working days (UK) or 10 working days [minimum] for overseas orders. These times are a guide, and when mail services take industrial action or there are adverse weather conditions, these times may be extended.
Items will NOT be resent free of charge if the customer's delivery details were entered incorrectly at the time of the sale.
Our returns policy fully complies with UK Distance Selling Regulations. If you buy from us online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund or replacement goods if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
Goods returned to us must be unopened and undamaged with all packaging, components, leaflets and instructions.
In circumstances where a return has been accepted the refund may not include postal charges.
When you place your order online you will receive a confirmation and order number.
As indicated when placing an order, it is not possible to add to or change the order once payment has been processed.
A confirmation docket will be sent via email when the goods are dispatched.
Orders should arrive within a few days of confirmation of dispatch depending on your location. Please contact us within 30 days should your order not arrive.
Special Delivery, tracked and signed for services are in addition to our post and packing charges.
Discounts are negotiable for partner organisations and bona fide academic and teaching establishments.
Discounts do NOT include post and packing charges.
UK Student Discounts
Undergraduate attendance at courses and webinars can be applied for on submission of proof of current matriculation at a centre of higher education.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time to apply for discount status before applying for courses, webinars or purchasing materials.
Students and practitioners are advised to register for an account on the website and NOT check out as a guest. Guest check out excludes discounts and discounts are not refundable.
